Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at K2k Store. We strive to provide high-quality products and an excellent shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read through our Return and Refund Policy to understand your rights and options.
1. Returns
We accept returns for most items purchased through K2k Store under the following conditions:
Timeframe for Returns: You may return products within 5 days from the date of delivery.
Condition of Return: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags intact. If the item has been worn, damaged, or altered, it is not eligible for return.
Exempt Products: Certain products, including but not limited to intimate apparel, swimwear, sale or clearance items, and personalized products, are not eligible for return. These will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Refund Method: Refunds will be processed back to the same payment method used during the original purchase.
Shipping Fees: The cost of shipping is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping fees paid at the time of purchase will not be included in the refunded amount unless the item was defective or damaged.
3. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product. Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
4. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Send an email to support@k2ksports.in within 5 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send the product back to us.
Package and Ship: Carefully package the item in its original packaging (if possible) and include all the original tags and accessories. Return shipping is at your expense, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@k2ksports.in. We will provide a return shipping label for the defective product at no cost to you and will either issue a full refund or send a replacement based on your preference.
Proof of Damage: Please provide a video of product while opening the delivery package which include the damaged or defective item to help us process your claim quickly.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some additional processing time. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@k2ksports.in.
7. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order anytime before it has been shipped. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. If your order has already been shipped, please follow our return process to return the item after delivery.
8. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene, safety, or other reasons, including:
Gift Cards
Personalized or Custom Products
Intimate Apparel & Swimwear (if applicable)
