1. Order Processing
Processing Time: Once your order is placed, we aim to process and ship it within 2-3 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email after your purchase, along with an estimated delivery date. A tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer various shipping methods depending on your location. The available shipping options will be presented to you at checkout.
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days from the date of shipment.
Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-4 business days from the date of shipment.
International Shipping: Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on the destination and customs processing times. Typical delivery times range from 7-15 business days.
Please note that shipping times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or customs processing.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on the shipping method you select, as well as your delivery address. The applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over Rs 1000 within India.
International Shipping Fees: Shipping fees for international orders will vary based on the destination and the shipping method selected. The total shipping cost will be shown at checkout.
4. Shipping Restrictions
Delivery Locations: We currently ship to most locations within India and select international destinations. Please check at checkout to ensure that we ship to your location.
P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a physical address for shipping.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment. You can use this tracking number to track your package on the carrier’s website.
If you have not received your tracking number within 2-3 business days after placing your order, please contact us at support@k2ksports.in, and we will assist you.
6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, sometimes delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control (such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or carrier delays). If your shipment is delayed, please allow 5-7 business days beyond the estimated delivery date for it to arrive.
If your order does not arrive within the estimated time frame, please reach out to us at support@k2ksports.in, and we will assist you in tracking the shipment or resolving the issue.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and, if applicable, photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s). We will work with you to resolve the issue by either issuing a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.
8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)
For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, and fees may be imposed by your country's customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fees charged by us. Please check with your local customs office for more information regarding applicable fees before placing an order.
